sigh, i was really looking forward to your paper, particularly after the 
detailed outline  and glowing promises.  i do in fact remember
sending one of your team a message about length and deadlines; perhaps,
alas, it fell in the net-message bit bucket. At any rate, i hope
you can produce a paper before april. even if not i would like to
receive a copy if it when it does exist; its a good idea.

i will at least hedge my bets and cook up something to fill the void.

please try for april 1; reasonable size limit are 3000≤ lil≤8000.
